Garlic Baked Corn On The Cob
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees;
- Husk and clean 3 ears of sweet corn;
- Mince 4 – 6 cloves of garlic and mix into 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Pour garlic oil into a baking dish, bake 5 – 10 minutes (until sizzling);
- Add corn to the baking dish, turning once and sprinkling with salt;
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, turning once;
- Enjoy!
