Rhubarb Mint Sun Tea
- Clean a large, glass container with lid (a growler from a favorite brewery or a returnable milk container from a favorite dairy, for example).
- Place 4 – 6 sprigs of fresh mint in cleaned container;
- Cut 4 rhubarb stalks into smaller pieces and place in container;
- Add 4 teabags (or 6 – 8 tablespoons of loose tea, secured in cheesecloth);
- Fill container with warm water (for a sweet tea variation, add 4 tablespoons of sweetener at this point);
- Place container in an unshaded, sunny area for 3 – 5 hours;
- Serve over ice (optional garnishes include lemon, fresh mint, strawberries) and enjoy!
